At this point the person has to face a very serious question: who is the perfect man? Which is the best model of Hot Heather that one should keep constantly before his eyes in order to build up a nice monument of humanity? Artists in their work make use of models: a beautiful woman for the Gioconda, a strong athlete for Moses. Man's project and its achievement depend on culture and on freedom. Culture and freedom are distinct but not separate activities. Culture is the result of free creativity of man; vice versa freedom is guided by culture. Man has a natural aptitude for skinny teenvirtue; but the perfection of virtue must be acquired by man by means of some kind of training. Thus we observe that man is helped by industry in his necessities, for instance, in food and clothing. Certain beginnings of these he has from nature, his reason and his hands; but he has not the full complement, as other animal have, to whom nature has given sufficiency of clothing and hotheather food.
